The solution provides a way to use the Azure cloud as a virtualization platform. An administrator can connect Azure and Office 365 accounts, and can select an Azure subscription and resource group where the service will provision an IT infrastructure.

The solution provides a way for customer’s IT administrators to manage users, desktops, and Office 365 licenses. For example, when a new employee joins the company, a customer’s IT administrator can add a new user via the portal. It will take care of adding the user to the Active Directory, assigning an Office 365 license, creating a desktop, installing Office suite, configuring antivirus, and sending an email to the user with step-by-step login instructions.

The admin portal allows administrators to manage servers and RDS collections, specify autoscale settings, and manage disks and IP addresses.
